In memory of Navy Seal Lieutenant Michael Murphy, the RAF Alconbury Fitness Center is hosting the annual MURPH Challenge. Come out 29 May to participate in a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 (bodyweight) squats, and an additional 1 mile run.
