* R.I.P.P.E.D. stands for resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, endurance, and diet and nutrition. Together, they make for a calorie-scorching, fat-torching program, that, when added with a warm-up and cool down, can produce a workout of more than 700 calories in under an hour!
** CARDIO KICKBOX is a full body workout using fast-paced cardio and kickboxing combinations meant to build endurance, coordination, and speed.
***CORE is a Pilates inspired mat work class utilizing resistance bands and a Pilates ball for focused core and glute strengthening.
Licensed Massage Therapy
We offer licensed massage therapy services half-hour and hourly appointments. Please contact the Fitness Center for further details and prices.

We offer special events such as 5K Fun Runs, Tournaments, Weightlifting Competitions, Fitness Challenges, etc. Look out for these events throughout the year and contact us for more information.
