MILITARY TESTING

Testing is provided at the Education Center for a full range of Service related examinations that include:

Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) including Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI)

Defense Language Aptitude Battery (DLAB)

Air Force Officer Qualifying Test (AFOQT)

WAPS Testing

Testing sessions run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 0830 and 1300. Test bookings and inquiries can be made either by telephone or email as follows:

CLEP, DSST Testing, Pearson VUE, GMAT, and Proctored College Tests

These tests are NOT provided by Military Testing.

They are offered by the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) in their National Test Center which is located at the Education Center.

Graduate Record Exam (GRE)

The GRE is not available at on-base Testing Centers. All information relating to GRE Testing in the UK, including location of Test Centers and how to book your test can be found at http://www.gre.org

CLEP & DSST

The NTC provides all available computer-based CLEP & DSST tests. Remember – for Active Duty personnel, the first attempt at any CLEP or DSST test is FREE!!

CLEP & DSST Testing is on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please contact the NTC to schedule.

Pearson VUE, Excelsior and GMAT

Pearson VUE tests are provided on Wednesdays. Pearson VUE Exams must be scheduled online at http://www.pearsonvue.com.

Instructions for Registering: Under Regional Information click on “U.S. Service Members”, then “Locate Military Testing Centers”, then select the type of test you plan to take. Click on “Armed Forces, Europe & Other”, then “U.S. Military NTC UMGC – Alconbury – DoD”.

Create your Pearson VUE account and schedule your exam.

College Test Proctoring

The NTC can proctor tests for any college for a small fee.
Students can contact the NTC to schedule.
