The Fitness Center is looking to add new classes to their schedule. Get stronger, faster, and more fit. Learn Olympic and classic lifts – the snatch, clean and jerk, squat, bench press, and deadlift. Taught by a British weightlifting qualified instructor, this class is open to everyone – beginners to experienced. You’ll move some serious weight and pick up valuable skills along the way. Join us 1 August at the RAF Alconbury Fitness Center for this trial class and start lifting!
